To be very clear, this is a different category of Penthouse than anything else you might see listed in Halifax. At 5 bedrooms, large kitchen, large dining room, large lounging area and at 3800 square feet this is the biggest and most luxurious apartment you will find. This truly is the perfect downtown location. With this luxury comes responsibility there is zero tolerance for noise so no parties. More picture to come! Bright apartment located downstairs of our home. Peaceful waterfront in Fall River on the Shubie Canal. Lots of space in this private lot but yet 20minutes from the city. Iconic Luxurious Downtown Building History Galore

Located next door to The Governor Generals home is this Iconic 200 year old building loaded with History. The Famous Lucy Maud Montgomery used to live in this building while attending University. The top 2 floors loaded with fabulous trim and woodwork, built in glass cabinets, wonderful exposure with tons of natural light throughout. Hardwood floors throughout with fireplaces in several of the rooms. Fabulous kitchen granite countertop, stainless appliances an island for gathering around.

Charming Historic apt

Built in 1894, this beautifully renovated one bedroom apt has lots of character and is equipped with all of the essentials. It is self contained with a separate entrance. Enjoy the convenience of the North End - walking distance to amazing cafes, markets and restaurants. We live upstairs and go to work early, so we ask that our guests are quiet. We do not have a driveway. You can get a parking permit to park on the street day and night by visiting the HRM parking link

The Flat is the entire main floor plus finished basement in an historic Hydrostone home, a 3 minute walk to the shops and cafes of the Hydrostone Market. The Flat has a private entrance, hardwood floors, modern kitchen, renovated bath with walk-in shower, two living rooms (one with sofa bed) and a private, fenced back yard. Two bedrooms each have a queen-sized bed. Guests have a dedicated parking spot and easy public transit: the #7 bus stop is right outside.

A beautiful basement apartment located in the most desireable neighbour hood in Bedford. Complete with 1 bedroom which houses a queen size bed, living room with a pull out couch to a double bed, complete with TV, wifi, full bathroom and kitchen with fridge. Also private outdoor patio.
