The chabet is open concept, modern, and finished with hardwood floors, copper accents and all the basic comforts. The location makes it ideal for hiking, yoga, relaxing and oceanfront living. The house is 1300 ft2. There is a heat pump for heating and cooling, the woodstove is not for guest use.

Urban Seaside Home

Our attached townhouse is in a quiet upscale area of Halifax called Regatta Point. The neighbourhood is a 10 minute drive to downtown Halifax and close to highway entry points for exploration beyond the city. Our house overlooks an ocean cove near the Armdale Yacht Club. There is a lovey pedestrian sea walk at the foot of the garden that circles the cove. This is our home and reflects our enjoyment of art, design, cooking, comfort and our family and friends.

Historic Hydrostone flat

The Flat is the entire main floor plus finished basement in an historic Hydrostone home, a 3 minute walk to the shops and cafes of the Hydrostone Market. The Flat has a private entrance, hardwood floors, modern kitchen, renovated bath with walk-in shower, two living rooms (one with sofa bed) and a private, fenced back yard. Two bedrooms each have a queen-sized bed. Guests have a dedicated parking spot and easy public transit: the #7 bus stop is right outside.

Condo Suite (1) on Bland

Beautiful A/C Condo Suite. Walkable distance to business district, universities, waterfront, restaurants, nightlife, café's, shopping and parks. Condo is for Airbnb quests only and not owner occupied ( no personal belongings will in be Condo) All pets must be approved before booking. Parking is free on street with a few limits (weekly street cleaning) posted on street signs. Parking is not an issue.
