We are walking distance to Free Will Brewing Co., restaurants, parks and tree lined trails. Pearl S. Buck House and the Lake house Inn: 5 miles. Sellersville Theater & BCCC: 1 mile. Lake Nockamixon: 10miles, Doylestown: 13miles & New Hope: 22miles. We are about 1 hour from Philadelphia & the Pocono Mountains. Close to wineries, breweries, boating, biking, theatre & kids activities.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), groups, and furry friends (pets). You will be staying in picturesque Northern Bucks County in a Strawbale constructed home. We are located on 25 acres with a 4 acre organic orchard. Our property abuts 5286 acre Nockamixon State Park which has mountain biking, boating, fishing and hiking. We are out in the country but only an hour from Philadelphia and 1 1/2 hours to New York City. You will be located in walking distance of a coffee shop, Italian restaurant and within 20 to 30 minutes of Doylestown, Frenchtown and New Hope.

Set in a bucolic backdrop, the studio is 1/2 mile from historic Carversville village, which hasn’t changed since the 1800's. Perched high above a gurgling creek, surrounded by woods, we are situated on a secluded tree-lined road that is extremely popular for walkers, runners and bikers. Rock in the motion chair on the deck while sipping coffee; enjoy the peacefulness and spectacular view. The towns of New Hope, Lambertville, Stockton, Lahaska and Doylestown are just a short drive away.

We are right at the edge of town on the main street in Richboro so in walking distance of restaurants and grocery stores. The yard is beautifully maintained, and the decks, outdoor grill and fire pit are available for your use and enjoyment during your stay. Owners live in the farmhouse and are generally available to answer questions and provide recommendations for the local area.
