Our one bedroom is located right on sugar mountain you are within a short waking distance to the bottom of the mountain!! We also provide our guests with a locker (details given at check in) you can leave skis and snowboards so you don't have to walk back and forth with your gear!! You are close to several great restaurants and about 2 miles from the closest grocery store. My husband and I are local so we are available to answer any questions you may have.

6 guests-2 bedrooms-3 beds-2 full baths Welcome to our condo! We are located 5000 feet up on Sugar Mountain with ski-in and ski-out access. This beautiful setting is part of Sugar Ski and Country Club, which offers an indoor pool and hot tub, gym, tennis and a private clubhouse. The Space This condo is 900 square feet of living space and offers a private balcony overlooking Oma's Meadow. We are conveniently located right across from the main clubhouse.

200 yards from the slopes, 400 yards from the golf course and the tennis courts, Cozy Condo with its nice deck is the perfect place to relax with friends, family and Fido. This apartment does not have AC because it is located 5200 feet above the sea level. Due to the high elevation, of Sugar Mountain, the highest temperatures are high 70s during the afternoon which does not happen a lot, and 60s during the night.
