It's one of cosiest cottages in the country, more akin to a boat, with some clever design features to make creative use of the space. The views are magnificent and it's definitely one of those special boltholes to discover!

Very peaceful and surrounded by rural views it is ten minutes from the beautiful beaches of the South Hams, close to the picturesque towns of Dartmouth, Totnes and Kingsbridge and an hour away from Dartmoor.
