A wonderfully central apartment, part of a historic building situated in a newly-built rear building so very modern and also very quiet and tranquil. The property is accessed through a lovely courtyard which overlooks a coffee shop and up one flight of stairs. There are 2 double bedrooms, one which has an en-suite shower room. There is a sofa bed in the lounge. The kitchen is well-equipped with oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher and also toaster, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine.

Simple little apartment in Matlock, excellent location. A great base for exploring or working in the area. A short (but steep!) walk in to Matlock, some excellent walks I can recommend (maps in the apartment!) and great pubs within a couple of minutes walk. King-size four poster bed which has great view down the valley. Fully equipped kitchen. New shower room. Ample on street parking. Simply a great little base for a short or long stay in Matlock DE4 3JG
