In the south Portugal, in the middle of the Alentejo, lies Monte Huam Hu, a powerful gem. The forest with ancient cork oaks and olive trees has been untouched for decades. You sleep in the caravan on the edge of the forest with a beautiful view over the hills. The good WIFI connection, good chair & desk, own little kitchen and a cosy wood oven allow you to work in and outside the whole year. Up on the Monte there is a ruin with an outdoor kitchen, a hot shower, toilet and a washing machine.

Monte dos Vagabundos is an 8-hectare property half of which is fenced for our run-free rescue dogs. We are now offering part of the remaining land to animal lovers wanting to spend a unique experience in a gorgeous setting surrounded by nature and open views to the ocean and amazing sunsets/sunrises. All our dogs and pot-belly pigs are very impatient to meet you and welcome you for a big cuddle session, or an early-bird walk around the property, should you look for that type of experience.
