A cozy self-contained one-bedroom cottage in a private garden setting situated behind the main house on the grounds of our home - across the road from the beautiful Little Welches Beach on the South Coast, just west of Oistins. This cute holiday home is spacious, functional, tastefully furnished in a tropical/coastal island style and is well-maintained. Conveniently located within walking distance of the essential amenities, with onsite parking and easy access to public transport and highways.

The villa is peaceful, secluded and perfect for entertaining, barbequing or to simply relaxing on the lounge beds by the lap pool. If desired, it is fully air-conditioned and incredibly comfy, inside and out! Just a short walk down the beach, you will find the "Sea Shed" restaurant! Here you will find plenty of drinks, great food, beach chairs and umbrellas! The perfect place to spend a day in the sun!

This lovely property has a very large outside deck, perfect for outdoor living and dining. Inside it is decorated in many shades of blue, has wifi, smart t.v. with Cable , and both bedrooms are air conditioned.
