Wake up to the morning sun over the lake in the loft, or rise after the sun in one of the two back bedrooms. Enjoy a morning coffee or tea while enjoying the lake view from the live edge bar top overlooking the water and watch for the Swans, Bald Eagles, and Blue Herons. After a hike on the trails, kayaking up the lake into conservation land, or fishing off the dock, relax in the hot tub. As the sun sets over the trees cuddle up on the couch with a good book and keep an ear out for the owls.

An 18th century farmhouse

Built in 1785 this antique Cape was carefully restored to its original design about 20 years ago. The house is set on a quiet road in the middle of fields, woods, gardens, and hiking trails. it is secluded with easy access to the natural world. The rooms are book-lined and filled with family objects. It is close to Berkshire East for skiing and snowboarding in the winter and whitewater rafting and swimming in the summer. Mass MoCA and the Clark Museum are within an easy drive.

Perfect for family getaways or visiting nearby colleges with Amherst and Northampton just a short 20 minute drive away.

Year round house: you'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. Camp Mishnoah, a former Girl's Club Camp, is undergoing restoration into a wellness retreat. This rental is a stand alone house. A very comfortable queen size bed and a single bed in a separate bedroom, lodge style living room with a vaulted ceiling, full kitchen, bathroom with shower and a half bath. Access to the pond and hiking trails. Nearby Sturbridge Village and Tree House Brewery.

This 3-bedroom, 5-bed house sleeps up to 10 -- ideal for groups that wish to rent both of the apartments in an historic 2-family home in downtown Amherst, steps away from everything this vibrant downtown has to offer. 3 bedrooms, 5 beds. 5-min walk to Amherst College, 15-minute walk to UMass. New comfy mattresses with all-cotton linens, eclectic decor. Two kitchens. Washer/dryer. Large-screen TVs in both apts. Front porch with rocking chairs, balcony, and backyard.

Built in the early 1800s, our renovated farm house can accommodate families and friends comfortably. This 1600 square foot home can keep everyone together: three large bedrooms upstairs and an optional fourth downstairs. Large backyard and deck made for outside fun. Two full bathrooms, laundry, large farm table with seating for 10, and a full kitchen. Plenty of options for hiking at or near the house. (Sorry, we are not able to host weddings.)
