Serenity by the Sea is a non-smoking (if you are a cigarette smoker please do not book here), private studio beach front cottage off the Placencia Sidewalk in the heart of Placencia Village. Its your tropical home away from home and is only 80 ft from the waters edge. Its location makes the perfect getaway for couples or a few close friends. It sleeps two people comfortably with a queen size bed, while the full size futon could sleep another person. Your little piece of paradise awaits you....

Main floor has a dinning room, an open living room w/2 twin beds that can convert to a king bed, a fully equipped kitchen, large smart TV with Wi-Fi & cable throughout the house.
