The Main Street cabin is steps away from the shared beach. Swim, fish and bring your kayak/canoe to enjoy tranquil Rust Pond. Feel free to bring your tennis racquet and basketball to use on our courts. Downtown Wolfeboro offers eclectic shops and restaurants for many different palates.

Hiking trails nearby and the White Mountains are only 30 minutes north. 30 minutes to Ragged Mountain and Tenney Mountain and 35 to Gunstock for winter skiing. The property has five acres of open lawn ,woodland, orchard, and private waterfront with sandy beach and docks on pristine Rust Pond. Amenities include kayaks, SUP's, canoes, sunfish; Pickleball, basketball, & more. The Rec Hall has a full kitchen, living room with cable TV, ping pong, foosball, & more!

Located atop a ravine, centered on a 24 acre estate, in rural NH, this spot is a cozy retreat in nature with a few present day necessities. Our Cabin is a unique A-frame/Salt box combo that we call the “G-Frame” (designed and built by us). The interior space is open and airy. There are a few large windows allowing nature to be part of your experience indoors. In the cooler months bring firewood for the woodstove and sauna.Plenty of land for outdoor activities.
