You can access 140 miles of trails straight from the house in less than two minutes. We are located on the Little Sugar trail system; take Lago Vista and it will connect you to the Land of Oz. Not into biking? Bella Vista has lakes, pools, tennis, golf and more. This family friendly house has a kids room and is perfect for family vacations!

We encourage you to take a break in the soaker tub or grab a book and lounge on the king size bed in the primary bedroom. The bike trails, golf, and lakes are all around. All basic (soap, hair dryer) items supplied including a fully equipped kitchen. 6 queen beds, 1 twin bed, 1 sofa twin, & 1 full bed and full futon bed with 2.5 bathrooms (see access section.)
