The Treehouse Bungalow was personally renovated and designed by your hosts, Steve and M over the last year. All of the spaces are brand new and exude comfort & peace. From the cozy living room with electric fire place to the spacious deck facing the woods. You will find several, separate areas to make your own. We encourage you to take a break in the soaker tub or grab a book and lounge in the king size bed master. The bike trails, golf, and lakes all around. Come visit NWA and be our guest!

Lake Ann Guest House: Trail head and Lake Access

Welcome to the Lake Ann Guesthouse. We are a 2 min drive to 71, located in an idyllic wooded neighborhood on Lake Ann. Near: Back 40, walk to Buckingham Trail Head, parks, golf, biking/hiking trails and all Bella Vista has to offer. Guest(s) will have one parking space, and a private entrance to their suite which features: a living area, kitchenette, patio and shared access to the Lake. We are within 10-45 minutes of most everything in NW Arkansas. Come enjoy a relaxing and private getaway.

Welcome to Trails Edge Cabins, a haven for outdoor lovers and relaxation seekers nestled in Bella Vista. Right on the Back 40 bike trail, our contemporary cabins blend the allure of nature with the luxury of a high-end retreat. Cabin 13, sleeps 4 guests, features two queen size bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, dining area, living room, and laundry room. Custom-designed, our bungalows are perfect for cyclists, golf groups, corporate retreats, wedding parties, and family reunions.

Getaway to the lake

This isn't just a house, this is an experience! Over 2000sqft dream house with lots of natural lighting. Lake without a steep descent or stairs. Fast Wi-Fi speeds, & tv's (no cable) throughout. All basic (soap, hair dryer) items supplied including a fully equipped kitchen. 6 queen beds, 1 twin bed, 1 sofa twin, & 1 full bed and full futon bed with 2.5 bathrooms (see access section.) Arcade games, in/outside games, a game table for cards/puzzle building, and a full-sized foosball game.

We seek to explore world class trails, epic waterfalls, beautiful trees & great dining so we picked this adorable cabin as our family getaway for a reason & we are here to share it with YOU! Relax in hammocks on a tree top patio overlooking the forest. Pedal 1 min to a downhill section of the Back40. Pedal 15 min / hike 45 min down the Back40 to the Pinion Creek waterfall and get wet! The Cobbler’s Cottage on the Trail

Guest experience is our top priority; with owners less than 10 mins. away, we are here to help if you need it! A private “duplex” style unit: full bathroom, stocked kitchen, living area, queen bedroom, outdoor deck space, bike wash, and woodsy backyard that connects DIRECTLY to Bella Vista’s Back 40. Cobbler is just moments from the action and a private, quiet space to retreat after hitting the trails or exploring NWArkansas. Driving into Downtown Bentonville is 20 minutes.

Pedal & Perch Cabin

Welcome to Pedal and Perch, a custom-designed and built accessory dwelling cabin just minutes from downtown Bentonville, AR, Walmart HQ, and miles of incredible mountain biking. Enjoy a serene setting that tucks you among the trees and makes you feel like you are staying in your own treehouse. The cabin features a custom kitchen, one bathroom, a queen bed in the loft, a pullout sofa on the primary floor, and your very own outdoor bathtub looking in to the valley below.

Our 2 bedroom/2 bath is located on the Back 40 trail in Bella Vista and within minutes of Little Sugar and Blowing Springs trails. It is situated in the tall pine trees within a private cul-de-sac for plenty of extra free parking. It includes covered parking and a dog-friendly fenced in back yard. It's perfect for a vacation getaway to explore the hiking/biking trails, downtown restaurants and/or a number of other attractions Northwest Arkansas has to offer.

Pine Cone Cottage

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Nestled in the Pines, less than 200 yards from trail access, and with lake access at the end of the road, Pine Cone Cottage is a truly unique setting. You will feel like you are in a treehouse amidst the forest, but only 5 minutes to shopping, restaurants, golf, and the highway. Our goal is for you to have a peaceful escape during your stay and we believe Pine Cone Cottage will live up to your expectations.
