The small town charm is very authentic with 2 blocks of artsy shoppes lined with string lights. All of the essentials for a comfortable stay for 5 guests are here, including Netflix & Disney on the Smart TV. We’re pet friendly with a fenced yard. You'll enjoy a peaceful stay while being close to all of local dining and entertainment around Wilmington (recommendation list provided).

Quiet Empty Nest - North Wilmington

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Short drive to train lines for explorers. Bellevue State Park 1 mile away with biking and hiking 27 miles of trails. Rockwood Museum & Brandywine Valley attractions all a short drive. This is the second floor with steeper narrower steps. A private entrance. There are window air conditioners in living room and bedroom. TV is basic with no cable (30+)channels. We look forward to making your stay enjoyable and comfortable

The Lighthouse

Centrally located in northern Delaware with easy on/off access to 95 and 495. Newer construction, built in 2018. One large bedroom with KING size bed, 1.5 bath, private entrance, living room and full eat in kitchen. Work station area. Twin size pull out in living room. Free WiFi and large smart TVs in living room and bedroom. Deck off of the kitchen and upstairs deck off of the bedroom. Laundry located in bedroom upstairs. NO CLEANING FEE

Cozy, Creative, One of a Kind

Enjoy activities (ping-pong/dart/board games), then stretch out in the king size bed. Full of host's original art. Driveway parking 10 minutes or less to all that Kennett has to offer (breweries, restaurants, Longwood Gardens, etc.), 1/2 hour to Wilmington or UD, 1 hour to Philadelphia. Cozy In Law Suite apt in quiet neighborhood 20 minute drive from PHL airport. Fully equipped kitchen. Cable TV. WiFi access. Non-Smoking. We have a screened in porch that you are welcome to enjoy but it's a community gathering. If you enjoy games we have card games, board games and domino. Happy to direct to any local attractions or new events in the area.
