au sixième étage ,ascenseur, donnant sur une cour très calme.Refait à neuf. Très  « safe » (surtout si vous êtes une femme).J’habite l’immeuble. Idéal pour explorer la ville de Paris, mais aussi notre quartier très parisien et très sympathique. Beaucoup de petits commerces et des transports . Je me ferais un plaisir de vous donner toutes les astuces et de vous conseiller les meilleurs endroits du quartier. Je suis flexible sur les heures d’arrivée et de départ et je peux garder votre bagage.

Quiet Studio

This lovely studio on the 2nd floor (access by stairs) overlooking a small courtyard is very quiet thanks to its insulated glazing. The mezzanine bed is comfortable, have easy access and optimizes space in the studio. Fully equipped kitchen: glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Tassimo coffee machine for efficient breakfasts and affordable meals ;-) Bathroom refurbished in 2017. Towels & sheets provided, also HBOMax, Wifi, Snacks, Coffee & Tea.

Charmant appartement facile à vivre

Agréable appartement de 40 m2, situé dans le XXème à Belleville, au deuxième étage (sans ascenseur) d'un ancien immeuble. Son emplacement est très appréciable car l'entrée de l'immeuble se situe sur une rue piétonne avec de nombreux bars et restaurants, quant à l'appartement il est sur une deuxième cour intérieure ce qui le rend calme et loin de l'agitation. Vue dégagée des fenêtres. A deux pas du métro, à 4 stations du Centre Pompidou (10 min)...

Central et calme. Spacieux et tout équipé. Je suis architecte et j’ai dessiné cet appartement afin qu’il soit le plus fonctionnel et agréable à vivre possible. L’appartement est situé dans une rue calme d’un quartier sympa. Il est à faible distance à pied du cœur de paris. Proche de différentes stations de métro, mon appartement récemment rénové, sera un endroit parfait pour vous balader en ville et vous reposer confortablement.

Equipped kitchen and brand new bathroom will make your stay perfect! 15 minutes ride to Paris centre! Please note that if you plan on using the room and the sofa bed votre only 2 people, you have to book for 3 people.
