When you step into "McDaniel's Corner" you get a Quiet and Modern Feel in a 'Cozy' Early Twentieth Century brick home. This cozy home has our guests feeling comfortable and relaxed while providing modern day luxuries in this historic home. You can’t beat this central location close to Longwood gardens, Winterthur, the Nemours Estate and so much more. There are also tons of great restaurants, bars, supermarkets, coffee shops, Nemours Children’s Hospital and so much more to see and do.

Quiet Empty Nest - North Wilmington

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Short drive to train lines for explorers. Bellevue State Park 1 mile away with biking and hiking 27 miles of trails. Rockwood Museum & Brandywine Valley attractions all a short drive. This is the second floor with steeper narrower steps. A private entrance. There are window air conditioners in living room and bedroom. TV is basic with no cable (30+)channels. We look forward to making your stay enjoyable and comfortable

This 2-floor apartment is a short drive from most of Wilmington’s attractions and conveniently located near I-95, making it easy to get to other nearby cities as well. It will feel like your own small private townhouse with its private entrance and front deck. You can also easily walk to restaurants located downtown. You will be able to prepare meals in the kitchen and enjoy them in the adjacent dining room. The larger bedroom has a desk for the student/ working traveler.

The Lighthouse

Centrally located in northern Delaware with easy on/off access to 95 and 495. Newer construction, built in 2018. One large bedroom with KING size bed, 1.5 bath, private entrance, living room and full eat in kitchen. Work station area. Twin size pull out in living room. Free WiFi and large smart TVs in living room and bedroom. Deck off of the kitchen and upstairs deck off of the bedroom. Laundry located in bedroom upstairs. NO CLEANING FEE

Nestled among trees in whimsical Ardentown, you’re 2 min to I-95 and 10 min to Downtown Wilmington. Enjoy a private fenced backyard, firepit, and easy walks to the woods, creek, and nature trails. Cozy In Law Suite apt in quiet neighborhood 20 minute drive from PHL airport. Fully equipped kitchen. Cable TV. WiFi access. Non-Smoking. We have a screened in porch that you are welcome to enjoy but it's a community gathering. If you enjoy games we have card games, board games and domino. Happy to direct to any local attractions or new events in the area.
