Perfekter Ort für einen Urlaub mit der Familie: abseits von befahrenen Strassen, nahe bei Natur & Wald. Auch der Winter hat in Borla seinen Charme: die Sonne kann auch am kürzesten Tag im Jahr von 10 bis 16 Uhr scheinen. Bei Schnee sind erlebnisreiche Schneeschuhtouren direkt ab dem Haus möglich.

Casa Berlinda, das allein stehende Rustico an Südlage auf einem großen Wald- und Wiesen-Grundstück sorgt durch die reizvolle Kombination aus rustikalen Elementen mit modernem Komfort (alle Räume Bodenheizung, Dusch-Bad und Küche) für Behaglichkeit und Wohlbefinden. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen und Du erreichst es in ca. 7 Gehmin. bergauf vom privaten Parkplatz oder zu Fuss vom öffentlichen Parkplatz in Canedo aus in ca. 15 Min. auf einem ebenen Weg. Es gibt keine direkte Autozufahrt.

Ferienwohnung und Rustico mit Innenhof

Diese Unterkunft für bis zu 11 Personen besteht aus einer Ferienwohnung und einem Rustico. Dazwischen der gemeinsam genutzte Innenhof mit Grill, Feuerschale, Liege, Pergola mit Granittisch und Badefass zum geniessen, verweilen und grillen. Die Einheiten können einzeln oder zusammen gemietet werden und setzen sich wie folgt zusammen: "Kuschliges Rustico" mit 2 Schlafzimmer für bis zu 5 Personen "Appartamento Grande" mit 3 Schlafzimmern für bis zu 6 Personen (siehe meine weiteren Inserate)

Suchen Sie eine Unterkunft für bis zu 7 Personen, schauen Sie unter den Inseraten «Traumrustico für 4 - 7 Per,» oder unter «Verträumte Unterkunft für 4 - 9 Pers. Sie mieten nur genau das, was Sie sich wünschen zwischen 4 bis 16 Personen und sind für sich allein. Hier sehen Sie alle 3 Häuser. Sie geben an, wieviel Personen Sie unterbringen wollen und wir teilen Ihnen das passende Haus zu. Kosten pro Person/Tag im Doppelbett 35.– resp. 40.– (Sa/So). Im Einzelzimmer p.P. 70.– resp. 80.–

Outside, a balcony and a welcoming table invite you to enjoy the panorama and have a real Ticino style dinner.

This charming mountain cottage, set in a privileged location and surrounded by spectacular peaks, is the perfect choice for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and immerse themselves in the peace of nature. The house offers a cozy atmosphere—ideal for relaxing, breathing in the fresh mountain air, and enjoying moments of pure well-being in a unique and rejuvenating landscape. The tourist tax must be paid on site.

3-storey house in Camorino (Bellinzona) among the vineyards, on a hill. Good, central location for visiting Ticino. Motorway access not far. Lugano and Locarno less than half an hour by car. Bus stop 10 minutes walk (Camorino Villaggio). The bus goes to Giubiasco railway station in 5 minutes, to Giubiasco Piazza Grande in 6 minutes, to the centre of Bellinzona in about 15 minutes. The road from the bus stop to the house is uphill.

Rustico Caverda

Il rustico è stato ricavato dalla ristrutturazione di una vecchia stalla. Tutti i mobili che compongono l'arredamento dell'abitazione sono stati costruiti artigianalmente in legno massiccio dall'host. La casa è dotata di un impianto fotovoltaico rendendola a basso impatto ambientale. Il rustico si trova in una zona molto tranquilla e soleggiata.
