This lovely 2 bedroom 2 bath cozy cottage is a great place to stay while exploring the beautiful coast of No. California. The cottage is tucked away in silence interrupted only by the faint sound of the distant ocean. Berkeley Hills Maybeck Cottage

Built in 1925, Maybecks' “Cubby” is your private, rustic, 750 sq ft, carriage house located less than a mile from Cal. Homey and basic - the deck is great for lunch, dinner, or just hanging out. It's an easy walk down to the gourmet ghetto, Thursday Markets, buses and BART. Carport provided, a car is recommended (hey it's located in the hills.) Not baby proofed, minimal fencing - sorry, no pets, babies or toddlers. Smoke free, no butts about it. Sorry, no loud music, or large gatherings.

The Beach Cottage- A Simple Sanctuary

You will be about 40 paces to the beach (4th house from the beach) and a lovely 5-minute walk to town. On its own separate lot, with a sweet little yard with lounge chairs, Bbq, and a firepit, The Cottage is fresh, immaculate, peaceful, cozy, comfortable, romantic, and tranquil.
