We are 2 blocks from Belmont Park. Also, just a heads up that we have a wonderful yellow Labrador pup named Jojo. She can be a bit barky before getting to know you. I will make a point to catch you to introduce you to her after you check in. She is super sweet just a little protective of her yard till she gets to know you.

Bbq grill on small balcony. The unit is steps to the bay and short three minute stroll to the beach. Two beach cruiser bicycles provided which is one great way to get around the area. Please note, access to the second story is via an outdoor spiral staircase.

We have a window AC in living/dining area and fan in the bedroom. There is no assigned parking.

Beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, etc. are available for your enjoyment. Enjoy the great ocean view from the backyard.
