This Guesthouse exists of two rooms: a full bed and a futon bed in the second room, a full kitchen, with custom designed Mahogany cabinets, and a spacious enclosed porch. It is fully furnished, with local art enhancing the walls. Private toilette and separate shower room. Five minute walk to super markets, restaurants, and the bus station. The ten minute walk to the center of town is safe. We offer gated parking. We speak English and German.

Large, comfortable, self-catering home built among ancient Mayan house mounds in a beautiful valley on a 100 acre tropical jungle property. Available again after a 5 year hiatus! We've done some renovations, the road was paved in 2020 (no more rough road!) and BOTH electricity (no more generator) and wi-fi became available in 2019! Please note: A/C is only in the two bedrooms.
