Area esterna: ampio patio per pranzare all'esterno con tavolo e barbecue, giardino con dondolo/sdraio e scaletta per scendere in spiaggia

Gli arredamenti in legno rifiniti con oli naturali, le pareti in pietra e calce, i pavimenti in cotto fatto a mano con finitura in cera d’api e il riscaldamento a pavimento rendono questa struttura sana e rispettosa dell’ambiente. Negli spazi sono esposte delle opere d'arte. I servizi della casa includono: aria condizionata, televisore, wi-fi , cucina, uno splendido camino ed un terrazzo con vista mozzafiato.

Casa vacanza nuova trilocale (circa 120 mq) con un ingresso indipendente fronte mare di recente costruzione, situata nella contrada Ser Luca Calabaia a due passi dal Lungomare di Belvedere Marittimo (Cs). Posizione incredibile a 10 mt dal mare che rende la vista stupenda. La struttura offre l’accesso immediato all’ampia spiaggia libera frontale, molto tranquilla e non affollata che offre anche i servizi di un lido. La spiaggia e il fondale sono sabbiosi, il mare non è subito profondo.

Il Prezzo per 2 persone e riferito per una stanza, per chi volesse la seconda stanza ci sarà un supplemento, quindi vi chiedo dopo aver prenotato l'appartamento di comunicarci il numero della stanza in modo da inviarvi la differenza. L'appartamento è al 3 piano senza ascensore.
