Outdoor seating and BBQ area. 5 minutes drive to Benalla lake and town, 7 kms from Winton race track and Winton Wet Lands. Have room to park cars and trailers for people that are racing at Winton Or for a slower pace you can watch the grass grow on our working cattle and sheep farm.

This home is currently listed for sale and under contract. We take bookings up till the end of August then we will shut this listing down. If you choose to book, please know that on 1 - 3 occasions someone will attend the house for a brief inspection. We ask you kindly to help keeping the house neat and tidy for those days. Our home is simple, neat, and organised. It's a home away from home. 'The Cream Brick House' is situated on the outskirts of Wangaratta (5km from CBD). Wangratta's rail trail bike track is right out the front door. A perfect home to relax for families, couples, or singles. Surrounded by gardens, fruit trees, and farm land. It has large court yard for a BBQ or entertaining. A large backyard - for a kick of football, cricket, or watching the natural surroundings.

Located on the edge of the Broken River, The Dairy at Marangan is a beautiful retreat like no other. Secluded, yet only minutes from the heart of Benalla. The Dairy boasts two lovely outdoor areas perfect for unwinding after a long day exploring the North East of Victoria.

Historic Wark Cottage

Wark Cottage (circa 1895) named after the original owner William Frederick Wark, has been meticulously restored to modern day standards while retaining its worker cottage roots. Original features throughout complete with pressed tin finishes, hardwood floors and working fireplace. Wark Cottage draws you back in time and creates a tranquil and relaxing place to locate yourself while visiting Chiltern and surrounds.

The Old Butcher's House Benalla - Cottage Charm

Step through the ornate stained glass door and soak up the period charm of a self-contained oasis built in 1887. The blend of original features and modern styling includes 12-foot cedar ceilings, Murray pine floors, lead light windows, and original fireplaces. (The fireplaces are not functional and are for decor purposes only. (Split air conditioners and Hydronic heating keep you at your desired temperature).
