Numa zona tranquila da cidade e a curta distância dos mercados, das Praias e Ponta da Piedade. Está totalmente equipado com todas as comodidades, 2quartos espaçosos e varanda corrida. Lugar de estacionamento é um pouco difícil, mas existe vários parques onde pode deixar o carro.
