Nestled on over six well maintained acres this house is the perfect private location that is also very convenient to all local attractions such as the Biltmore House, Arboretum, Sierra Nevada Brewery and the Blue Ridge Parkway. Convenient to I40, just 17 min from the airport, 13 min (6 miles) to downtown, 15 min to Biltmore, 15 min to UNCA, 17 min to the arboretum and 10 min to happening Haywood Rd.
