There are two beautiful private mature gardens with two large monkey puzzle trees .Patios with chairs and tables for bbq and sunbathing. Plenty of room for children to play. There are many wonderful walks available straight from our front door.

Close by are picturesque strolls along the river, and walks into the hills are literally just up the road. A great base for the Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales .

In addition the attractions of Kirkby Lonsdale, the historical city of Lancaster and RSPB reserve at Leighton Moss are only 15-20 minutes away. Gressingham is a small, picturesque village and makes the perfect location for walkers, cyclists and those wanting a country break.
