Gwen's Nest- a unique, luxury chalet in the park!

Nestled on 830 acres, but just a couple miles south of town, this completely renovated, historic cottage has all the modern amenities. It features an open floor plan that spans 40 feet from front to back upstairs, in one of the most peaceful and natural, tree top settings. It also has two covered/ screened in decks with a 16' bar perfect for enjoying the amazing scenery and the beauty of The Natural State. It's the perfect place for your next family gathering, or just to get away and relax.

Beaver Lake Inn Lakefront location

Private house just steps from the water on Beaver lake. Excellent fishing and easy assess to the water for swimming and kayaking (kayaks not provided). Two bedroom, living room with television, full kitchen and bath. Perfect get away for the weekend or a vacation in NW Arkansas. Also a short 35 min drive to Dixon street near U of A in Fayetteville and only 40 minutes to downtown Rogers or Bentonville. War Eagle marina is less than a mile away. Sorry, no pets due to host's pet allergy.

Whether you're looking to explore nature or here for a business trip, we are a short 3- minute drive from the Northwest Arkansas National Airport and a 10-minute drive from one of the Razorback Greenway trailheads.

Mountain Biker's Retreat

Bike out, bike in convenience provided by our charming and rustic guest cabin. Don't be fooled by the functional exterior, the inside is a cozy and welcoming place to relax after a day of mountain biking, hiking, or enjoying NWA's restaurants, breweries, and internationally acclaimed arts culture. Ideal for two, a hide-a-bed sofa accommodates two more. We're low tech, no wifi, cell service is good. We also have over the air digital TV.

Country Getaway Close to Cities

Updated historical farmhouse. Clean, cozy and comfortable interior. Large fenced yard. Paved driveway, house paths and parking. Cottage is on a picturesque farm with cattle pastures, hills, a river and pine trees. Farm is located just outside the small, safe town of Gentry, 10 minutes to Siloam Springs, XNA airport, and 20 miles to Bentonville. Recent construction in a perfect location! 1BR/1BA cottage, nestled in the trees in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Steps from Slaughter Pen mt bike trails; 1 mile from the Razorback Greenway (paved trails) and Crystal Bridges Museum; 1.4 mile down the street from the Square (restaurants, pubs, coffee shops...). We know what we want in a great stay-- CLEAN, COMFORTABLE, and COZY (in that order). That's our goal for every guest.
