The beach is a year round destination, each season has its own wonders. Note: no TV, and WiFi can be spotty due to hills. Expect 90+ tiered steps to the sandy beach below. AC upstairs, original claw footed tub.

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath property has a master bathroom with large tub and separate shower, washer and dryer in the house free for use, and a lovely open kitchen, dining, living room hang out together space. The Coach House is in an eclectic neighborhood on Lake Michigan. Grand Mere State Park is a year around beautiful place for hiking by small lakes and through beautiful sand dunes. A small beach is a 2 minute walk away. The family room and kitchen face Lake Michigan with lots of windows. The house has a queen bedroom, queen pullout in family room, and laundry. A gas FIRE PIT and a HOT TUB are located on the back patio directly on Lake Michigan with a spectacular view behind the main house.

A completely furnished apartment in the basement of our log home (our main residence) on 5 acres of woods above beautiful Shavehead Lake. Entrance into the apartment through a screened in porch and double French doors provides privacy and space to relax and enjoy the beautiful outdoor landscape. A large egress window allows natural sunlight into the bedroom on the opposite side of the wall from the kitchen/dining room/living room. High speed internet & YouTubeTV provide entertainment options.
