Welcome to our structural masonry guesthouse cottage in the heart of Downtown Bentonville. You'll feel like you're stepping back in time into a historic building made entirely out of brick, but our backyard cottage was completed in 2023 as a labor of love and hospitality. Enjoy direct access to Park Springs Park and trails at the end of the block, or a short walk/ride to the Downtown square. We live in the main house on the property, but designed the cottage to maximize guest privacy. Welcome!

The Patriot - Downtown Bentonville

Stay in a newly constructed 1 Bedroom, one-bath 700 sq. foot furnished guest house called The Patriot on D in the heart of Downtown Bentonville. You will be just minutes on foot (shorter on bicycle) to the Downtown Square, Crystal Bridges, The Momentary, the Walmart Home Office, bike trails, and local breweries and restaurants. The home is dog friendly but no accessible fenced yard. However, there is ample space for walking your pup around. Please ask about our veteran/first responder rates.

Amazing location right near Coler Mountain Bike Preserve and just minutes away from Bentonville square! The home is cheerful and comfortable, perfect for families and cyclists. We are on a peaceful, friendly street with tons of parking, and easy access to bike trails, all of the museums, restaurants and bars downtown. The house is modern and open. We have wifi, a/c, smart TV with Netflix. The kitchen is totally stocked with anything you may need for dining in. Safe and secure bike storage!

This is a Garage that has been converted into an apartment with kitchen, bathroom & queen bed. Adjoining garage space for parking (garage space is small and will only accommodate a small to mid-size auto) additional parking available. DO NOT BLOCK GARAGES. Close to Beaver Lake, Lake Atalanta, bike trails, restaurants, museums, airports, & shopping. Large yard w/ private outdoor space and firepit.
