Openslaande deuren naar de afgesloten tuin op het zuiden 5x7 L-vormige kamer met open keuken ( kitchenette) Aanwezig: Koelkast met vriesvak. Afwasmachine. waterkoker. Oven. Airfryer. 2 pits Inductiekookplaat. Nespresso koffieapparaat. Fijne bedden en prettige (regen) douche wastafel met opberglades. LET OP! De bovenverdieping / slaapgedeelte heeft geen trap hek en raden we aan om hier geen kleine kinderen te laten verblijven.

Historical house with a great living room, dinning room and kitchen. There are 2 sleeping rooms with in total 5 beds. The neighbourhous is quit and its only a few stepts from the naional park "de kennemerduinen" 10 minutes by train to Haarlem and 30 minutes by train to the city of Amsterdam were you can have dinner or to go out. Parking for free in the street. Alleready got more then 130 enthousiastic guests in my house, they all want to come back. Alle basic shops arround the corner. SUPER!!!

City tax is: €3,30 p.p. De hoekwoning bestaat uit 3 etages. Het vakantiehuis is gelegen onder ons woonhuis, de gasten hebben hun eigen opgang en een tuin met een schuur, en nog een gezellig zitje. Voor alle duidelijkheid : we slechts beschikken over een woonruimte van 40 m2, inclusief slaapruimte, woonruimte en open keuken en badkamer met een schuifdeur. Wij hebben 1 slaapkamer ,standaard vanaf 2 personen, Er is een opklapbaar bed voor een derde persoon (200 cm×90 cm). Bedankt.

Dit mooie, compleet ingerichte huis in boerderijstijl, ligt aan de Kagerplassen in de buurt van Amsterdam en Leiden. Het heeft twee slaapkamers, een badkamer met een toilet en nog een apart toilet. Charming summer house located in a quiet historic street. Enjoy your meals in the kitchen or in the back room. Very close to shops, beach, dunes and public transport. The comfortable living room features an electric fireplace in addition to central heating, creating a cosy atmosphere all year round. There is a separate second bedroom/study/dining room and an upstairs sleeping area for two guests. The bathroom is compact, well-designed and fully functional.
