We’ve chosen natural building materials like hemp walls, 100 year old recycled Oregon wood and handmade eco-paint to increase our connectivity to nature & tread lighter on our planet. Double glazed glass helps regulate. Overlooking our farm dam, with trees to rest under and the majestic Winterhoek mountains as a picturesque backdrop - our cottage is the perfect weekend getaway.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Space for all your toys, boats included. Large fully enclosed garden. 1 km from the yacht club. Enormous undercover braai area with magnificent dining table and dresser. A very functional kitchen has been added recently and leads to the large braai patio. It includes all dual appliances, air fryer, microwave, gas ring, large fridge freezer, sandwich press, kettle, toaster. Exclusive use, but the owners lock some private space.

The House features: - 3 Bedrooms - 2 Bathrooms (of which 1 en-suite) - Kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, microwave & dishwasher) - Living Room (with television that is DSTV-compatible, no decoder, login to the app.), with fire place. - Outside braai area with fire pit - Enough parking space for a recreational boat and launch at Yacht club, close by.
