Idyllic summer house between 2 lakes in Gothenburg

THE SPACE The house is 135 square meters. The main property cover two floors with upstairs being in open plan with the charming livingroom with large windows overlooking the surrounding nature. Living room is connect with open kitchen area, open dining room with a cozy fireplace and small artistic room with desk, painting zone and chill area. Here you can try your creativity or if you prefer to read some books. There is also small bedroom with double bed and tiny bathroom with shower. The lower floor holds little toilette, hall, laundry, bigger bedroom with king-size bed and small bedroom with simple bed. In the garden you can enjoy chill patio area behind the house. Barbecue area, in the front of the house contains garden furniture and grill equipment. KITCHEN Our kitchen is equipped with good-quality pots, knives, and appliances. You will also find a variety of spices, coffee, and teas that are regularly replenished. We also provide guests with olive oil and vinegar. In the house, there is a 'Jura' coffee machine available, along with high-quality Italian coffee. LAKES AND NAURE First lake in front of the house sharing with few neighbours ( private bridge). You can use the boat with oars. The boat is moored to small sauna house. The second lake behind the house is wilder if you prefer to be alone with your thoughts. If you prefer some other activities the very popular west Sweden trails is just few meters from the house called "Bohusleden" that you can walk as long as 148 km ! LOCATION The property is located 7 min from the hightway, 10 min to airport, 10 min to nearest Landvetter centrum (food store, cafe shop) and 30 min to Gothenburg downtown by car. GUEST ACCESS You have access to everything in the accommodation. The kitchen is fully equipped (no including microwave). WiFi and bed linen, towels, coffee and tee are included.

Eget gäst-wifi ingår liksom tv samt ett ljudsystem från Sonos. En promenad på ca 5-10 minuter tar dig ner till Sävedalens köpgata med olika butiker och ett flertal restauranger. På ungefär samma tid tar du dig till busshållplats för vidare färd mot Göteborg. En taxi till centrala Göteborg kostar ca 150-300 kr

Totalt 140kvm fördelat på 2 plan med 4 sovrum, 2 allrum, 2 badrum och stor öppen sällskapsyta med matplats för 8 personer. En uteplats med loungemöbler och grill. Huset är även privat bostad med personliga tillhörigheter

Excelent for 1-2 people for a short or a longer stay Fully equipped house and you'll live comfortably 15 minutes, by bus or car, from central Gothenburg. Close to Landvetter flygplats - 20 min by car. Perfect if you are going to Liseberg, a concert at Ullevi or have a work week on the west coast. Park the car in the driveway and take the bus. Bus stops nearby with good connections to town

Charmig Swedish house with large garden

A warm welcome to the former Jonsereds Farm boutique, located minutes from Centrum. What was once a farm shop has today been fitted out as a classic, very cozy home for 1-6 people (up to 8-10 possible but then it gets quite crowded). Kitchen and bathroom are modern. Two lovely bedrooms/lofts on the second floor and a small bedroom on the ground floor, perfect for kids or those who can’t manage stairs. The garden is large, lush and has nice social areas for e.g. barbecuing.

Sjöstugan

Mitt ställe ligger precis vid stranden mitt i naturen. Nära Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter flygplats, Göteborg, Borås. Du kommer att älska mitt ställe på grund av det sjönära och naturnära läget. Mitt boende passar par, ensamäventyrare, affärsresenärer och familjer (med barn).Stugan är på ca 30 kvadratmeter och tillhörande bastustuga med dusch, wc och tvätt är på ca 15 kvadratmeter. Fri tillgång till kanot för hyresgäster. Bra möjligheter för fiske, motorbåt finns att hyra!

Tillgång till ett hus i Göteborg för en hel familj! Här finns närhet till både staden, skogen, marken och sjön. Med kollektivtrafiken tar det drygt 20 minuter till centrala delarna av staden. Parkeringen som ingår har plats för flera bilar. En stor lummig trädgård med ett altandäck samt en separat uteplats utöver däcket finns också. Perfekt för familjen som vill spendera några dagar eller längre period i Göteborg och uppleva allt vad staden har att erbjuda.

Mysigt hus för 4. 2 dubbelsängar. Lakan, täcken och kuddar finns. 4 badlakan finns att låna. Dusch/toalett, kök. Det mesta finns, dock ej tvättmaskin. Ca 20 min med buss till Göteborg city. 400 m till Kvibergs park där både Partille cup och Gothia cup spelar många av sina matcher. Vi önskar hyra till familj och par. Lounge möbeln utanför attefall huset ingår, inte uteköket och solbädden Rökfritt, inga husdjur. Vi tillåter ej fest, och inte hög musik
