Free parking (3 cars max). Perfect for exploring the local Hertfordshire countryside or heading into London or Cambridge–both within easy reach. Both floors have a living area with double sofa bed & kitchen/diner, double bedroom and shower room. Electric car charging available. This is NOT Norfolk!

This flat is on a main road above a great Thai restaurant, in a fantastic location walking distance from many bars, cafés, shops & Battersea Park, London's only park by the river. Vinyl record turntable, Netflix and Apple TV system, and 24hr check in. ***Please remember to book for the correct number of guests. If there are two of you, please ensure you book for 2!***

Bright and private double room on ground floor, with Netflix. Safe driveway parking. The room has a separate entrance and a private ensuite bathroom, fridge, electric cooking hob and microwave. University, RBH and Reading town within a walking distance, TVP a short drive. There is no outside space, but a nice neighbourhood with shops, botanical gardens, and museums is within a short walk. If you need both beds, please note there'll be very little floor space left. Our quiet hours are 11pm-6am.
