Very large bright double bedroom on top floor, with king bed and en-suite bathroom, offering a lovely garden view. Granola breakfast, a mini fridge, a microwave and coffee/tea making facilities are provided. Desk with a Mac computer and large screen with access to British TV channels, incl. Netflix, Disney+ and catch up TV. Our place is situated very near Oxford Brookes University and bus stops to central Oxford and to London/airport routes. Also very close to Oxford hospitals (e.g the JR).

“Dwelling place” in Cowley, Oxford is a friendly home that prizes warm colours and an artistic vibe. The downstairs has been redesigned in 2024 into a spacious open-plan living-dining kitchen which is the heart of the house. The owners' love for upcycling and craft is visible around the house as is her love for quiet and contemplation. Having lived cross culturally and used to home sharing both the owner and her lodger Ify love to welcome people from near and far. You will feel right at home.

Oakwood Cottage

Quiet, spacious double bed room in attic with en suite shower and toilet. Modern velux windows with blinds, plenty of storage space. Access via paddle staircase (not suitable for people with mobility problems). House is in private road in middle of village very close to all amenities including shops, cafes, pubs/restaurants, River Thames, Thames Path, train station. Close to Oxford, Henley, Reading, London, National Trust land and properties! Please note: I do not accept pets of any sort!

A lovely Victorian house in the centre of Henley on Thames which is located on a small quiet road within a couple of minutes walk to the beautiful town square, riverside, shops, great restaurants and gourmet pubs. Easy access to famous local villages/towns like Marlow, Hambleden, Goring & Turville. Wonderful countryside & riverside walks within 5-10 min. The house is comprised of a open lounge/dinning area with comfortable furniture, 1 bedroom, family bathroom, kitchen and a garden.

Private Annex En suite Double Room (Dog Friendly)

Private access, front door leads into living area and patio doors into garden. Fully furnished, sofa bed, desk, tea, coffee making facilities, microwave, iron and free Wi-Fi. Upstairs, ensuite shower room, double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and TV. A door to the main house kitchen links the annex and remains locked. We do respect our guests privacy but are available if need be. A short walk from town/train stations and supermarkets, restaurants and pubs located near by.

For this reason, the house is ‘self-serve’ therefore guests are expected to clean up after themselves out of respect for other guests with whom they’ll share the communal areas. The property is professionally managed by my co-host John and his professional cleaners. Myself and my co-host are only a phone call away for any issues you might have.

Only 5 minutes walk from New Malden Station; Only 2-stop connection to Wimbledon or direct to South bank via Waterloo. Richmond Park, Hampton Court and Kingston-upon-Thames are minutes away by car or train in the other direction. New Malden itself offers a busy high street, with good shopping and lots of restaurants and cafes, all within 10 minutes walk from the house.
