*Remodeled January 2025! This cozy, clean casita is 4 blocks to the beach, pier, surfing, restaurants, bars, shopping, and Sunset Cliffs. You’ll love it for its walkability to everything you need. The casita is 120 square feet, a very small space (small studio with everything in one room including the bathroom), for single occupancy only, but with everything needed to enjoy a San Diego getaway. It is great for solo travelers who want to be near the heart of Ocean Beach, San Diego, California.

Enjoy this newly remodeled stylish studio in the heart of Ocean Beach. Light and bright with a refreshing ocean breeze from its large central window. It’s just over a half a mile to Dog Beach and a quick ride to Sunset Cliffs, with some of the best surfing and beaches in San Diego. This studio has its own private entrance, full bathroom with shower, and kitchenette. In addition, the studio includes a standing desk with a large second monitor to accommodate your remote working needs.

And we open all the windows to aerate before the next guests! One bedroom granny flat, separate entrance with off street parking for midsize car or smaller. Three blocks to the beach. Located at the edge of downtown OB close to all restaurants and night life. Centrally located to all main San Diego attractions.

Less than 15 min drive to all of the best San Diego has to offer. Walking distance to Ocean Beach (~1 mi), a funky beach town with its own casual style. Room is "hotel style" with private entrance, small patio, bed, bath, fridge and microwave; no access to main house.

It has a queen bed, a small private bathroom with a shower, a fridge, TV, Wifi, microwave, etc. Guests will love the location and privacy! Beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, etc. are available for your enjoyment. Enjoy the great ocean view from the backyard.
