Welcome to our beautiful beachside studio, the Ledges. It’s located on over an acre of property in the rustic west of Bermuda. Take strolls on our country road to the local farm. The bus stop is steps away to take public transportation to Dockyard or to Hamilton. Or spend your days on the property at one of 2 private beaches. The Ledges studio is an architectural gem with exposed beamed ceilings, a cozy fireplace for chilly evenings, and a modern fully equipped kitchen. The studio has its own private, large upper deck for entertaining or relaxing where the sunsets are just stupendous!!! Airport pick-ups and island tours can be arranged through your host.

Private Cottage - Pool & Waterfront

The Cottage provides a peaceful and romantic retreat. There is a king bed, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, sitting and dining area. The private garden and patio overlooks the water. We have a gate onto the Belmont Hills Golf Course. The ferry and the bus are a short walk away. A continental breakfast is available upon request for an extra charge. The pool is open year round. The waterfront patio is perfect for watching the sunset over the water.

Windward Mark-Newly Renovated, Surrounded By Water

Our home is located on a private peninsula with waterfront on two sides. On one side, a covered porch overlooks peaceful Cavello Bay. Fish and swim straight from the dock or explore with our kayaks and paddle board. On the other side, enjoy a firepit and snorkeling. We are located in charming Somerset on the west end of the island. Somerset Village is a 10 minute walk away with a pharmacy, bus stop, take-out and liquor store.

High & Dry Bermuda

Enjoy the peace and tranquility of Bermuda while still being just a short drive away from all the island's attractions. Located within walking distance to the popular Blue Hole Hill in Hamilton Parish, High and Dry Bermuda is a cozy two-bedroom/2 bath villa with stunning panoramic views of Grotto Bay and St. George’s. This peaceful and secluded home can accommodate up to four adult guests, as well as children and pets.

Chequers - ocean views at the edge of Hamilton.

Chequers Upper Ocean unit offers a comfortable room with glimpses of the North Shore and the combination of a garden and pool setting on the edge of Hamilton City. The pool is shared with 2 guest units and the owner, who lives in the main house. The entrance to Chequers Ocean is seperate, to the side of the main house. Come and stay where the tree frogs sing you to sleep and the birds serenade you awake.
