This is a place for couples and small families to rest and relax. Life is frittered away in details. Enter our unit and life will be immediately simplified. This one bedroom unit is quaint and just enough for a couple or 3-4 people to enjoy. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located unit. 3 minutes from the bus stop. 12 mins to the grocery store and 20min walk to John Smiths Bay. Twizzy, 4 wheel bike, can be rented from Current Vehicle's location at The Loren which is a 5 min drive and we can shuttle you there if the car is available.

The perfect edge of town apartment for two. For those who prefer to walk, this is the perfect spot with restaurants and shops within close proximity. We are a very short walk to all the shops, restaurants and bars along Front Street in Hamilton. This unit is a self-contained apartment within our house. We have 3 apartment like this within our home. This means with a total of 3 studios, we have accommodation for up to 6 guests. Head to the back patio and enjoy the heated pool year round.

It has off-street parking for mopeds and EV chargers for rental cars. A bus stop is outside the gate.
