The Antler Cabin guest house is located in an agricultural setting near Marysville, KS. It’s a 20x60 spacious open floor plan cabin with full kitchen and full bath. It’s a great place for families, sportsmen, or business groups to stay. Rustic living with modern amenities. 5 minutes from Marysville, KS. Owner lives in a separate house on property. No pets or smoking/vaping in cabin or game processing building. No service/training pets allowed. Owner has asthma and is allergic to dogs.

Welcome to The October House —built during the Civil War. Step back in time to experience a different era. However, just like the 1860’s there are a lot of stairs. If you crave a unique historical experience in the exact middle point of historic Brownville, NE then this is for you. Conveniently located directly across the street from The Brownville Market! However, fair warning, this house is not an accessible place for those who can’t handle stairs or do not like the rustic life!

We have a splash pad, play creek, hiking trails, fishing pond, horseshoe pits, pickleball courts, playground, creek to explore, museum, 200 yrs of history and lots of fresh air!! We are located in the middle of "nowhere" no highway noise just the birds and the brook.
