Welcome to Rocky Spring retreat. Our cottage is tucked away in the wooded hills of Boyertown, PA. This charming cottage is a perfect getaway for anyone desiring to rest and recharge. The cottage features a romantic loft bedroom and an open floor-plan living area and kitchenette. We are located next to the municipal park, which features a baseball field, tennis court, playground and volleyball area. Our home is right next to the cottage. We are confident you will enjoy your stay with us!

Cottage less than a mile from Marsh Creek State Park! Relax in the YEAR ROUND HOT TUB, enjoy the 50" Smart TV, & sleep in the comfy gel memory foam king size bed! The house comes with two inflatable SUP board. Dog friendly! Peaceful surroundings. The park has tons of trails for hiking, as well as fishing & water sports. Kittatinny Ridge Retreat

"Truly magical" were the words of the first guest when she discovered this wondrous retreat, full of surprises for kids and grown-ups, just downhill from the Appalachian Trail. Go for a walk in the woods, go for a bike ride, splash in the creek, or just laze the day away in a fireside rocker with a good book. With two bedrooms, a clever sleeping alcove, and a futon in the Secret Playroom, the cabin sleeps six, seven if you banish snoring Uncle Arslan to the couch.

The Cottage on the Farm (Newly Renovated)

Come enjoy the country and farm life! Our little cottage is a late 1800s spring house with beautiful views of pastures and sunrises. Located next to Heidelburg Country Club, Koziar’s Christmas Village, Blue Marsh Outdoors and Plum Creek Creamery. Whether you’re here summer or winter there’s something to enjoy! The Stone Cottage in beautiful Oley Valley

Step back in time and enjoy the peace and beauty of this small stone cottage nestled in the trees along the Manatawny Creek. Sip a hot cup of coffee prepared in the kitchenette while enjoying the river view. Decompress in the cozy living room featuring two recliners and a sofa. The Summer Kitchen

Quaint, 1-bedroom, cottage built as a summer kitchen for the original farmhouse in 1740. First floor is an open concept with new appliances in the kitchen and a cozy living area with loveseat and dining table. Upstairs is the bedroom with a quaint full bathroom, featuring a shower (no bath option) with new flooring. *Please see house rules for non-negotiables, fees, etc. *

Charming cottage on 50 acre Chester County farm

Frog Hollow Cottage is a newly renovated getaway located in the heart of the Chester County’s rolling farmland and equestrian community. Overlooking beautiful pastures, the cottage was formerly the large painting studio of Delaware Valley artist Peter Sculthorpe. The studio has been re-imagined as a peaceful retreat for families, friends and couples.
