At the end of a rain-forested road, our waterfront reserve retreat commands an unbeatable view over Phegan’s Bay, a little known, secluded waterway far from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to dip into the Central Coasts many activities and services. You will wake up to the romantic sound of anchors clinking, birds chirruping, immersed in lifes simple pleasures.

Whisk your loved ones away to this cosy retreat in the Hawkesbury Valley. The Shed is a charmingly converted workshed offering plush beds, a rustic kitchen, comfy lounge area, wood heater, and an outdoor firepit perfect for stargazing. Enjoy Netflix, Wi-Fi, stunning sunsets, and gentle visits from kangaroos, alpacas, and native birds. A peaceful haven for two or a small family—and yes, your pup can come too! Hearty breakfast provisions supplied, including freshly homebaked sourdough on arrival.

Both beaches are just a 5 minute stroll away with the trendy local cafes and boutique restaurants in the village less than 200m away. Sunsets by the lake a must, 20 minute walk. Nest is suitable for 2 guests (1 king BEDROOM + luxurious BATH tub, SHOWER and small KITCHENETTE, living room and private deck. Laundry and carport) We have a hooded bbq on the deck.

The River House, Coba Point

The River House is a unique, off grid water access only sanctuary featuring indoor/outdoor living and dining areas and it’s own private deep water pontoon and beach. Located 45 minutes north of Sydney on Berowra Creek, a tributary of the Hawkesbury River, the north facing house is backed by Marramarra National Park, and surrounded by bushland with superb views of the Hawkesbury River. The cottage is surrounded by a growers garden of fresh fruit and vegetables, yours to pick and enjoy. The Growers Cottage is a place to unwind, read, restore and enjoy the quiet sounds of nature. Enjoy all The Growers cottage has to offer, including a stunning stone outdoor bath or venture out and explore the beautiful surrounding Hawkesbury Region.

RiverTreehouse Escape, Berowra Waters (8 DustHole)

Our place is on the river and feels like a tree house. It has its own private jetty and a beautiful outlook where you can unwind, reset and relax. You’ll love our place and the natural light that fills it. We provide linen & towels so you don't need to think about anything. We also have an amazing wood burner fireplace for the colder months! Access is via boat and we provide a tinny, kayaks & SUP. We are close to renowned restaurants like Peat's Bite, Berowra Waters Inn & A Chef Secrets.

Its the perfect summer or winter getaway with our old wood burner fireplace and clawfoot bathtub to keep you cosy in the cooler months, and Blue Lagoon Beach only 1 block away to enjoy in the warmer months!

River Cottage is nestled on 2 acres on the northern banks of the magnificent Hawkesbury River only 90 minutes from Sydney. This is a place to truly relax, unwind and leave the hustle and bustle of city life behind. Stroll though the garden, meditate on the decks or simply sit back, relax and enjoy the spectacular views from this classic, yet timelessly modern cottage. Located between the river and national parks this property is an outdoor enthusiasts paradise.

Terrumbula

Perched on a sloping block among the tree tops, with views of the Hawkesbury River, Broken Bay and surrounding National Parks, this unique home is a place to relax and let go of the world. High ceilings, floor to ceiling glass and an open plan layout allows you to enjoy the surroundings, no matter what the elements. We are located on the east side of the island where you can watch the first rays of the day rise above the surrounding clifftops.

Waterfront Treehouse on the Hawkesbury River

Surrounded by national parkland on the Hawkesbury River, the Treehouse is an architecturally designed red-cedar cottage set high on the riverbank with a private jetty and spectacular water views. The two queen beds are furnished with luxurious cotton and Belgian linen. The main bedroom is on a mezzanine level and overlooks the living area which has a slow-combustion fire. Perfect in summer or winter. (Sunday check-out is 5pm.)
