Built with recycled timbers and antique building materials it looks like it has been there for more than a century. It has just been fully renovated and has all new appliances. A short drive down country lanes from the vibrant village of Berry, is Knoxberry Farm. This coastal farm cottage can accommodate 4 guests. With breathtaking views over lush green dairy paddocks to the escarpment, you will unwind within minutes of arrival. The cottage has 2 King size bedrooms, the King beds can be split into 4 x Singles upon request. 6.4 km drive (4mins) to the beach, 1.7 km flat walk to town. Perfect location to unwind in fresh country air.

Gather like-minded friends from book groups, knitting clubs, foodies or whatever your passion and get away from the bustle of day-to-day life. Enjoy the Village atmosphere with all that Berry has to offer on your doorstep, but with the added benefit of peacefulness and quiet. Small Pets are allowed. Need to be house trained and well behaved. The small Cottage yard has pebbled stones. No grass area, though there is a back gate opening onto a small park.

Windsor Cottage

Cosy, country cottage style two bedroom cottage within easy 1km walk to Berry town centre. Would suit a couple with two children or two couples. A great base for accessing all the area has to offer. Recently refurbished with new carpet, paint and kitchenette. Access to pool and outdoor entertaining area. Friendly local hosts who are happy to recommend attractions including beaches, wineries, restaurants and the amazing new Boongaree Rotary Nature Park.

Warrain Cottage

A charming little 1971 yellow brick beach front cottage, with private access to Warrain beach from the back, or access to the life saving club from the front (2 houses down the road). And when you're not swimming in the beach, enjoy the large rear balcony overlooking Warrain Beach, where you will be relaxed by the sites and sounds of ocean whilst having a BBQ. It's perfect for a family, couple, or small group of friends. Air conditioning included.
