Charlie & Roy's Farm Stay Berry

Charlie and Roy's farm stay is a family friendly guesthouse on an old vineyard. The property is nestled beneath Wedding Cake mountain and is set on 173 acres of pasture,and forest with a creek and a large lawn area. It is just 4.2km from the village of Berry and is close to bush walking trails, wineries, and beaches. The home is perfect for one or two families who want to enjoy Berry and be in a peaceful country setting. Being a farmstay, there are friendly farm animals too. (No large parties)

The Red Barn: Self contained, quiet, close 2 town

Located in the one of the most charming and historic towns in the region, The Red Barn provides a beautiful and serene space only a few minutes, level walk into town. Simply walk out of the driveway, turn left, left at the cross street then right and you’ll be across the road from the famous donut van. Head out, have a few drinks and not worry about driving home. Roy's Run Farm Stay.

The comfortable one bedroom cottage is located on our 450 acre working cattle property. We are close to the seaside towns of Shellharbour and Kiama. You can enjoy the beaches and then come home and just sit and gaze at the views of the farm. We have many animals for you to get close to if you desire and an abundance of bird life on the property. The cottage has a comfortable veranda for you to relax and watch the horses and cattle graze. A country experience just 2 hrs drive from Sydney.

Lill's Cottage located in Berry, NSW

The Little House

The Little House is a freestanding 1940’s wooden tiny house in our back garden. It has a private exterior bathroom located at the back of the main house. Our property was featured on the ABC program Escape From The City and is a uniquely cute piece of North Nowra history. The Little House has a private verandah and kitchenette. A complimentary light breakfast is included for short stays. There is also a fire pit.
