A quiet retreat in a picturesque valley, in the quintessential village of Berrynarbor. Set in a beautiful garden. Ideal for romance/relaxation, surfing and walking. Guests are welcome to explore the garden with its enchanting paths, that lead to a number of seating areas, including the hillside star gazing area, complete with fire pit. The Cwtch is within walking distance of the coastal path, the beautiful beach of Broadsands and Watermouth harbour. There are two pubs within walking distance.

Come and enjoy a rural retreat in our newly converted barn with unrivalled views over Exmoor and a cosy chic interior. Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

Situated overlooking a small pond, great for exploring the breathtaking nearby coastline. We are within walking distance of the South West Coast Path, and some fantastic beaches and coves. Pubs within walking distance, a well stocked, Community shop and PO just down the hill. Please note check in/out Fri and Mon.
