Cute Athens is only 5 miles away, and Canton's First Monday is 30 miles away. After a fun day of fishing, kayaking, SUP races, swimming in the lake, pedal boating, feeding the ducks, cornhole, or frisbee throwing enjoy a gorgeous east TX sunset with your favorite beverage and then a fire with s'mores.

Dogwood Cabin on Scenic Wooded Mossbridge Farm

Our two cabins Dogwood and Holly are located on a quiet, wooded 10 acre retreat that is 8 miles from Athens. Our special feature is a spring fed creek that flows year round and has it's own micro climate that is perfect for native ferns, mixed hardwood forest and dogwoods. We have provided a nature trail for bird watching and exercise. Recently we designed and constructed a beautiful pond with three waterfalls and a deck overhanging the water with chairs for enjoying our private paradise.

Relax with friends and family at this peaceful lake front home. Pier has whips to secure your boat or jet skis. Cove is shallow enough for wading, swimming, or kayaking and located in a "NO Wake" Inlet so no worries about boat traffic. Fishing right off the pier is fun for the kids! Shop and dine locally or head over to Tyler (25 minute drive) to enjoy lots of great restaurants and live music.
