Nous sommes heureux de vous accueillir au Gîte des Arts, un lieu paisible situé devant un petit lac écologique, en pleine forêt. C’est l’endroit parfait pour se reposer, se ressourcer et profiter des activités de la région. Des œuvres d’art uniques, réalisées par des artistes locaux, sont exposées dans le gîte. Vous pouvez les admirer, les découvrir et les acquérir pour prolonger l’expérience artistique à la maison. Nous croyons que le bien-être passe par la nature, la beauté et la simplicité.

Pristine Lake Location in Vermont

Our cottage is located on Lake Memphremagog, an international lake shared with Canada. Visit our nearby hobby farm/children’s museum. Kayak, bike or hike to stunning natural settings or take day trips to a variety of interesting destinations, including maple sugar shops, alpaca or dairy farms, golf courses, a ski resort with indoor waterpark; or cross the Canadian border a few miles away and explore Quebec. A boat dock is available for use at our cottage with an access ramp a 1/4 mile away.

Mont Chalet est situé en Estrie dans le petit village de La Patrie. À une quinzaine de minutes du Parc National du Mont-Mégantic. Ce chalet SANS électricité, vous offre le confort désiré en étant totalement indépendant. Chauffage aux bois,Réfrigérateur, cuisinière et eau chaude sont fonctionnels avec le gaz propane et les lumières grâce aux batteries 12 volts. Ski, raquette et marche sont possible sur cette terre de 270 âcres. Une visite et vous serez charmé. Venez admirer le ciel étoilé 🌟

Vous cherchez un endroit pour recharger vos batteries ? Venez vous ressourcer chez nous et redécouvrir la joie des choses simples. L’été profitez des Sentiers de l’Estrie qui sont situés à 7 km. La campagne est un terrain de jeu idéal pour le Gravel bike ! Et des oeufs frais dans le frigo à votre arrivée, pour commencer la journée du bon pied ! Pour vous dégourdir, à 5 minutes de marche vous êtes arrivé au sentier ruisseau-des-chênes Mont-Orford. Plusieurs plage à moins de 10 Km . Idéal pour randonneur, kayakiste, cycliste ou tout simplement pour les amoureux de la nature. De plus, si le cœur vous en dit, vous retrouverez la ville de Magog à 15 kilomètres et Eastman à 7 kilomètres de la maison.

The Book Barn: Newly Renovated Guesthouse

Enjoy all Vermont has to offer in this bright, airy space minutes away from Burlington and the mountains. On 14 acres with a brook, it’s a short walk down a dirt road to a historic covered bridge and town common. Fall colors are breathtaking when taken in from the barn deck, while Spring and Summer visitors enjoy free concerts on the town green on Sundays. Spectacular sunsets and hot air balloons are familiar sights. It doesn’t get much more Vermonty. *Note: No Cleaning Fee!

Champlain Cottage

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis on lake Champlain right off interstate I89 on the Canadian border in a private estate with 6 beach accesses throughout, also a boat ramp for fisherman!! ICE fishing as well, (ask me about an ice fishing shanty rental) Very nice quiet neighborhood, watch the beautiful sunsets at the waterfront next to a nice cozy camp fire on the beach or on the deck grilling food and playing corn-hole, great WIFI connection. Come enjoy your stay.

Russell's Cabin

Quaint log cabin. Access to Coronary on Kingdom Trails is right across the road when the trails are open. What to do during STICK SEASON? Gravel ride and hike, of course!!!! Sleeps 1-4. Upstairs bedroom has a king bed that can be split into two twin XL beds...whatever works best for you. Futon in downstairs living area can sleep 2. We also have two memory foam folding beds available if sleeping on a futon isn't your thing for the 3rd/ 4th guests.

Bluebird Cottage on Lake Champlain

Bluebird Cottage is located on the St Albans/Swanton town line directly on Lake Champlain on beautiful Maquam Shore. Enjoy our extensive private beach, sunsets from the large deck, shady lake breezes from the patios, large yard for outdoor activities and games complete with fire pit. Close by is the Missisquoi Wildlife Refuge, Alburg Dunes State Park, ski resorts, Burlington for fine dining and nightlife, the famous Lake Champlain Islands, and Canada.
