There is also patio with a table and chairs and propane grill where you can sit and enjoy the view of the pasture and water, with beautiful trees scattered about.

And while unsupervised schmoozing with the horses isn't allowed, if you'd like we'll be glad to introduce you to some of the herd. You can rub elbows with equine royalty - the offspring of two Kentucky Derby winners!

This beautiful townhouse is literally a few steps from the Historic Downtown and is a gorgeous 25 minute drive to Silver Falls State Park, various wineries, and within walking distance to the Oregon Garden. Take a stroll downtown for wine and dinner, sitting outside enjoying the sounds of the rushing Silver Creek below. Walk to the Saturday Market for fresh local produce when in season. If you want to stay local simply park your car in the garage and walk or bike everywhere.

The I-5 freeway is a 5-minute drive from our home, making it easy to get to neighboring cities.
