Less than 1 minute from Santa's Village, access to snowmobile trails from the house, close to popular ski resorts and lots of hiking including NH's 4000 footers. Minutes away from Burke and just a hop off of I-91, this is your start and end to a great day in the NEK. There is a large bedroom and bathroom downstairs with three smaller bedrooms and a small half bath upstairs. There is ample parking and a fenced in yard if you want to bring your dog. There is a stream and hiking trail out back with an active sugar house with tours available upon request. Plenty of wood and a fire pit outside. Starlink internet to upload your adventures at blazing speed!

The Back 80 Yurt

Is a spacious 24 foot Yurt next to Mt Cardigan state park. From the Yurt you can hike ,snow shoe or backcountry ski on miles of well marked AMC trails , as well as climb Firescrew and Mt Cardigan. This is the only off-grid Yurt acessable to the AMC state park. This is not a drive up, in the winter prepare to hike 1 mile, and in the summer 300 yards up a windy forest path. The Yurt has everything you will want from a wood stove , cook stoves. We have raised the price for plowing cost

KimBills’ on the Saco

KimBills' is a newly renovated, cozy, first floor condo located at Attitash Mtn. Village, just minutes from the Saco River. Full kitchen well stocked with necessities, gas fireplace, A/C, Murphy bed and pull-out sofa bed with new, comfortable mattresses. Cable/internet, 55" TV, & board games. Large deck with lighting.
