It's surrounded on three sides by 35 acres of a forever wild nature preserve which is part of the New York State’s “5 Rivers”. You can hike, cross country ski or snow shoe right out the back door or just sit quietly and enjoy your favorite book along side nature.... and only 2 miles from the Albany border.

There's an orchard and lawn with grill, hammock and ironwork table.

A cozy private apartment. The Blair Suite, named after the original owner of this beautiful 1890's Victorian, is located on the basement floor. It has it's own private entrance on the side of the home. Located in historic Albany, close to everything, hospitals, schools, museums, restaurants and Washington Park. We have a strict NO SMOKING NO VAPING in the house or on the property policy. You will be asked to vacate the premises if you cannot comply.
