We are on the path that leads to the pristine beaches of Artà (Cala Torta, Cala Mitjana, and Cala Estreta). The natural park is also very popular for hiking. Within a 10-minute drive, we can reach more than 10 different beaches and two golf courses.

The house is situated in a residential area called El Barcarés of Alcúdia. this area is known as for its tranquility and for its proximity to the village of Alcúdia (1 km.)
