Enjoy a comfortable stay in this centrally located, self-contained one-bedroom flat. Attached to our family home yet completely private, the space has its own entrance so you can come and go as you please. The flat is thoughtfully furnished, has WiFi, and free on-street parking is available. A washer/dryer is provided for your convenience, and a bathroom with essential amenities. Just a 10 minute walk to the train station and a great base for visiting Newport and the SE Wales.

Perfect for working from Newport, your own self contained space, excellent links to the M4 via Malpas road or Heidenheim drive. I work as a heating engineer and I can get to most places in Newport from here within 15 minutes. We don’t allow third party bookings (don’t book for your employee/husband/girlfriend/son etc) or allow under 18’s to stay alone at the property.

The property offers a peaceful stay in a quiet residential area of Newport that borders a nature reserve, with the added benefit of having great transport links and also being within walking distance of the city centre/train station.
