Very large, cozy cottage on Little Twin Lake, which is one of the cleanest/clearest lakes in Michigan! The property is situated on a large wooded lot (over 1 acre). Located only 30 minutes from Traverse City, Boyne Mountain Resort, and Gaylord. 20 minutes from Torch Lake and Bellaire. 15 minutes from Shanty Creek Golf and Ski Resort. The location is great for 4 seasons of outdoor fun. The cottage includes a huge deck which overlooks the lake, a large dock, 5 kayaks, a rowboat, and a pedal boat!

Home has DirecTV, wifi, and gorgeous views of one of the most beautiful lakes in America. 100 feet of private sandy frontage with dock. Comfortable patio seating on the deck overlooking the lake. Guests are welcome to use the two kayaks and canoe. Fire pit located by the shore. Across the street from Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore and its endless trails.

The all-sport lake is a great place for fishing, power boating, or kayaking. Here you are just minutes from several lakes, rivers, and trails. Enjoy the downtown life of Ludington or Manistee, both only 30 minutes away. Summer Rentals are Sunday check-ins with a 7 night minimum stay. April, May and fall rentals are 2 night stay min.

The Loon on the Lake is a very cute & charming park home that is located right on Little Platte Lake! It features 2 bedrooms, 6 beds, a living area, dining area, kitchen, and 1.5 bathrooms! Also has a great deck with outdoor furniture, a picnic table, and a fun outdoor kitchen! Plus a second private picnic table with a lakeview! Just 10 miles from Traverse city, this adorable home has 70 feet of lake frontage. Close to hiking, biking, trails and Interlochen Arts Academy. No wake lake is perfect for a majestic kayak with a portage right into Duck Lake or a paddle out to the community raft for a swim. Lake Tonawanda is known for excellent fishing. Newly constructed, delightful cottage on an all sports lake! Nestled on this sandy lakefront, of Loon Lake, is this family friendly retreat. Rest and relax in your home while swimming, kayaking, and fishing. Close to the Manistee National Forest, there are many other activities to enjoy, including the North country trail. Within walking distance to two restaurants and a convenience store. Also if wanting to venture out, Manistee and Ludington are 32 miles away, Traverse city 60 miles.
